Robert Faulk, The Songs of War series

In many ways, the impetus to launch Galleon Books was born out of our work with Robert Faulk (a pen name). Late to writing fiction, Faulk wanted to share these stories, all born from his days in Germany, his training to become an opera singer and the musicians and singers he met, all of whom shared their stories of WWII. These complex novels – over a million words in total – deserved an audience.

To date, four of the five titles have been published, more a feeling out process than a true launch. With the publication of the last title in March 2024, we will be creating a separate section for these nuanced, human and historically compelling WWII fictions.
